Verdict

Nicky Henderson won this race with Riverside Theatre two years ago and smooth Bangor winner Heather Royal is sure to be a popular choice given the yard's record in this sphere at the track. She's likely to be priced accordingly though so preference is for PERSIAN SNOW who received a favourable mention in his trainer's stable tour. He failed to complete on his one run between the flags but was still travelling well in what turned out to be a hot maiden and he's expected to make his mark over hurdles in time. Balding Banker is an obvious rival to be interested in whilst No Secrets is from a good National Hunt family and is also worth monitoring for signs of confidence.
