    Verdict

Spanish Time took a backward step on his latest start having ran better over the minimum trip at Beverley earlier. He’s preferred of those with experience but looks vulnerable to a newcomer with the filly Magic Twist preferred to Karl Burke’s duo Macho Time and Light The Fuse though it's DICK DATCHERY that makes most appeal. The latter is a half-brother to the smart sprinters Ekhtiyaar and New Providence and David O’Meara’s colt may well be quick enough to make a winning debut.
