Verdict

YEADON gets the strong vote to break his maiden tag at the fourth time of asking while both Sunnandaeg and newcomer Happy Dubai are worth noting. The selection has been knocking on the door of late and that door can now finally swing open for him. His most recent run at Southwell caught the eye finishing second to Star Promise and if at his best he should not be far away come the business end of the race. Sunnandaeg ran better than expected finishing third of 10 on his debut at Newcastle and is sure to benefit for the experience. Newcomer Happy Dubai comes from the Bryan Smart stable who have a good record with their debutants and the market will be the best guide to his chances. Yeadon is the form horse in the race and is difficult to oppose.
