In depth

Verdict

Mixboy showed progressive form over fences last year and made a winning start in this code when landing a Ripon maiden last month. Golden Jeffrey won over 2m at Musselburgh earlier and landed a double over hurdles more recently but a chance is taken on BUONARROTI lasting home as he finished ahead of Hurricane Hollow when beaten a length over 1m4f in testing going at Haydock last time. Both London Glory and Bodacious Name have a shout on heavy ground but Gabrial's Star remains resolutely out of form.
