Duncan Of Scotland came over from Ireland to land a Class 6 handicap last month and only just failed to follow up on a return visit on Saturday when a nose behind Yes You. He's on a very fair mark though takes a slight step up in class as does the winner, who has a penalty to overcome. Bossipop had dropped to his lowest mark in well over two years when just failing to hold on over the trip at Ripon a week ago. He has a big weight here but should go well as should POMME DE TERRE, who ran his best race for a very long time when chasing home Quick Look at York and would be difficult to beat if in the same form. Katheefa has been running well without quite getting there and may be a couple of pounds high while Conversant's only victory came on soft ground.
