      Verdict

      KELVIN HALL has recorded both wins to date on the all-weather and can race off a lower mark on this surface despite landing a Class 4 handicap at Kempton last time. She gets the vote making only her fifth appearance on Turf. Falcon's Fire also has a shout with an apprentices allowance reducing a penalty for winning at Hamilton while Transpennine Star finished a decent third stepped up to 1m6f at Carlisle for his handicap debut and can figure with any further progress. It will be a surprise if the winner doesn’t come out of the above trio with the remainder harder to fancy.
