        Verdict

        It was soft going when Mecca's Hot Steps finished third at Hamilton with Lara Silvia behind and she gets a change of headgear. Ice Ice Lady won on fast ground at Yarmouth but returned a losing favourite off today’s higher mark at Bath last time and PRETTY LADY gets another chance. Her comeback run at Lingfield can be written off as she nearly unseated after a bad stumble leaving the stalls but she has plenty of scope and Mark Johnston’s filly gets the vote. Rebel Redemption’s earlier double came over 6f on the all-weather though is back on a winning mark.
