Little Haarth didn't jump with any fluency early in his latest race at Roscommon but warmed to his task and did very well to finish runner-up for the fourth time in five starts over timber. He'll make a bold bid again but Mr Steadfast had been racing over further before finding 2m1f on fast ground at Bellewstown on the short side. TRAINSTATION was in front of Gordon Elliott's charge in that latter event when runner-up to Swansea Mile, who has since won a much better race at Killarney. He looks the one to be on though he's never raced on soft ground. The four-year-old Free Scorpion produced her best form to date when runner-up at Sligo and will certainly make further progress as will Swift, an excellent third on her debut over hurdles at Downpatrick.
