Verdict

All known form indicates that this will be a three-way battle and WRONG WAY CORRIGAN looks the one to be on. Willie Mullins' charge appeared to enjoy cut in the ground for the first time when runner-up to Falcarragh at Wexford and conditions will be in his favour here. Mikey O'Connor attempted to make all on Smiler at Killarney last week and the combination were only caught in the closing stages. With that under his belt he looks a big threat along with Pyrus Gold Wind, who defied a big SP to run very well behind the classy Pique Sous at Bellewstown. Dessie McDonagh's newcomer Thornfield may do best of the remainder.
