Verdict

Rio Bravo is the only one to have raced under Rules when third here back in March. Cesar Collonges and Pinch Of Ginger have won Irish point-to-points while Kildisart finished ahead of a subsequent hurdles winner when second between the flags in Ireland. But Rebecca Curtis sent out the winner in 2014 and ST MERRYN, a half-brother to the useful China Rock among other winners, may prove good enough today and is preferred to fellow newcomer Kayf Mariner.
