Verdict

Domtaline won over fences off this mark at Stratford earlier in the month but hasn't won over hurdles in five years. Irish Hawke won a novices' handicap over track and trip last month but has another 9lb to shoulder today. TEMPURAN caught the eye back over hurdles at Newton Abbot when fourth behind a subsequent winner. He looks well treated here off a 2lb lower mark and can beat Bumble Bay, racing for the first time since successful at Newton Abbot in June, and the versatile Maoi Chinn Tire.
