A trappy claimer here but something has to win and the principals look to be Otis B Driftwood, Phinerine and Twinned and the tentative vote is given to Otis B Driftwood. The selection was third behind Phinerine last time out but is weighted to gain his revenge with that rival here. He has conditions to suit and will be hard to beat. Phinerine won well last time and is sure to have her supporters but she looks vulnerable under her penalty. Twinned was a fair fourth behind Fantasy Explorer in a better race last time and should be noted in the market with the drop in grade sure to be in his favour. Spirit of Coniston could improve for the fitting of first time blinkers, but for the winner we return to Otis B Driftwood who looks weighted to score.
