Several in this series final won a qualifying race here including Rosie Royale, who narrowly beat Rum Swizzle with Moss Street and Oratorio's Joy further behind. Captain George beat Lady Hare a neck here with Ballyfarsoon and Cape Spirit further back while COARSE CUT won his penultimate start at the track. He’s subsequently finished second over 1m4f at Newbury and may come out best back over this longer trip. Urban Space landed a double in July but never figured over 2m last time while Bob's Boy won a lower grade handicap over 1m2f here recently.
