Verdict

Filament Of Gold recorded his first win on Turf when successful over a shorter trip here last month and beating Mistress Viz. He should go well again but GENERAL BROOK can usually be relied on to run his race and John O’Shea’s charge gets the nod having already won three times this year including here in May. Mulsanne Chase won a seller over 1m2f earlier and was runner-up in plating company at Lingfield last time while the veteran Brigadoon is a are winner nowadays but could make the frame.
