In depth

Verdict

Senor George is a consistent enough sort at this level and needs to be taken into account if coming on here after his scheduled engagement at Windsor on Monday evening. Josie's Dream and Cameley Dawn look as if improvement is required on recent efforts whereas SANTAYANA ran a cracker here just six days ago when reeled in late on by Strictly The One. A repeat of that performance will see her hard to beat in receipt of weight all round. Rod Millman landed a major trophy for the yard over the weekend with Master Carpenter at York and last-time scorer Nora Batty looks on the upgrade for the yard and rates the prime threat to the Evans inmate.
