Emily's Place is at the top of her game at present and will be a tough nut to crack however Hassaad has shown enough to get the vote here, Malech may do best of the others. The selection has shown plenty of ability in some decent enough maidens this season without being given a hard time. He goes into his first handicap here with a very fair mark and with more improvement likely he could go close at decent odds. Emily's Place is chasing a hat-trick of wins following victories at Haydock and Sandown and although possibly in the handicappers grip now she should still be in there fighting at the death. Malech has put in plenty of placed efforts in maidens and handicaps and is now down to a very tempting mark. Meanwhile Pigeon Island cannot easily be discounted on the pick of his form. All in all a wide open affair but Hassaad could be up to the task.
