          Verdict

          Definitely a race where you'd be heading for your car to beat the traffic and we will put up Graceful Air to see off Nicholas Nickleby and Maid For Life. The selection looks the best option in a bad bunch, but finds winning pretty difficult, having failed to do so in 24 starts. Nevertheless, in the context of this race her third to Just A Fluke at Musselburgh last time gives her as good a chance as any. She handles the trip and ground well enough and she is a tentative choice in a race where you should really be thinking about doing something more worthwhile with your hard earned. None of them inspire confidence, but Nicholas Nickleby has shown glimpses of form at Leicester over this trip last year and more recently at Carlisle over seven furlongs that suggest he can also get involved. Maid For Life is another whose best efforts mark her out as a possible frame contender, but you'd be much more confident it will snow on Christmas Day than you would about any of these impressing here. If you must have a bet, then try Graceful Air to minimal stakes.
