Verdict

You Can't Catch Me easily landed a Killarney handicap before finding a 9lb rise in a much better race at Sligo beyond him. Bay Hill, three times a winner over hurdles, made a successful chasing debut at Wexford last month and has since run well on the Flat at the Curragh. Whenurgoodurgood was receiving 13lb when runner-up to Room To Roam here, though that was over the minimum trip and he's since scored over this distance at Killarney. JON ESS, four times a winner on the Flat, is still a maiden over hurdles but this longer trip can bring out the best in him and he looks well enough handicapped to gain his first hurdling success. Gavin Cromwell's pair Quantatmental and Callthebarman are both capable of big runs in a competitive handicap.
