Verdict

Thankstomonty finished runner-up here last time but was still beaten four lengths and Gleneely Girl finished a similar distance behind the winner when second at Leicester on her latest outing. STARDRIFTER (NAP) makes more appeal only 3lb higher than when scoring at Nottingham in April as this looks easier than his more recent tasks and Richard Fahey's charge should confirm latest running at Haydock with Alans Pride. Secret Lightning is usually thereabouts but is now 11lb higher than her win at Thirsk in May and looks likely to find at a couple too good once again.
