        Verdict

        Pepys was placed here last season and should be sharper for an outing at Musselburgh. Both Lord Kitten and Powercell make their handicap debuts having shown some improvement on their respective latest starts in maidens but a chance is taken on HARVEST MOON. She was having only her second start in a handicap when finishing much closer at Redcar last time and this longer trip should suit Richard Fahey’s filly. Clear As A Bell won off a 5lb lower mark at Musselburgh earlier and Magic Journey went close at Ayr before returning a disappointing favourite on his latest start.
