Bronze Beau bounced back to winning ways at Hamilton last week when the ground was on the easy side. Shane Grey's claim reduces the 6lb penalty by half and Kristin Stubbs' charge should be well to the fore again. However, he was over three lengths behind WINDFORPOWER when both reappeared after a winter break at Musselburgh last month and, as the winner has continued in fine form and remains on a fair mark, he gets the vote. Pavers Star was in very good form in the autumn, scoring at Musselburgh and Newcastle. He'll be better for his reappearance at Catterick and should get competitive. Point North rarely runs on Turf these days but has been going well and is just 4lb higher than his last victory.
