Almuftarris has been a disappointment since his Lingfield victory but has dropped accordingly in the weights as a consequence. Travelling has been a bit unlucky not to have won this season and Tom Queally's booking is a positive. Kelpie Blitz had cost his supporters plenty before gaining a surprise victory over the C&D last month when fitted with a tongue-tie for the first time. A 6lb rise doesn't appear excessive and he should be in the firing-line but SEMEEN has much more scope and can defy a 4lb rise for a convincing victory in an all-aged handicap at Newmarket, which was his handicap debut. Highlife Dancer is running well but is 8lb higher than when scoring at Yarmouth.
