WOTASHIRTFULL has really solid claims on the lucky last and although returns will be skinny he looks the one to be with ahead of Merlin's Dancer and Magical Speedfit. Rarely out of contention the pick hails from one of the winter's form yards and races here off a nice looking mark, just one pound worst than his last success. He should handle the ground just fine, he holds form on it from last summer, and it would be a surprise not to see him run a big race. Merlin's Dancer is on a long losing run and recent performances have not been that encouraging. That said he did go well off a rating a pound heavier over distance at Epsom last summer and he should be in the mix. Magical Speedfit's only success came over course and distance and he produces his best on quick ground. He should go well on these terms now back on turf. Whiskey Junction has quite a decent strike rate and has been running in better races than this recently. He's weighted to challenge but he won't want it any quicker with Wotashirtful looking like a good thing.
