In depth

Verdict

Bentong, Angus Newz and Woodcote are three against the field in another tight handicap and the tentative nomination is given to Bentong. The selection hails from the in-form Paul Cole yard goes well fresh has dropped to a handy mark and looks a value bet in an open affair. Angus Newz rates the main danger on his latest third behind Sonny Red he is sure to have come on for the run and has definite place claims. Woodcote is another that looks well weighted on his best form but he usually needs a couple of runs before he hits top form. Sand Cat is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but is hard to win with while Ajigolo is sure to run his race but looks weighted up to his best and for the winner we return to Bentong.
