Verdict

DR FINLEY improved from his debut and is the form pick to land the opener at the expense of Luminous Star and Sir Bruno. The selection finished a decent fourth at Yarmouth on his debut and improved on that to finish an eye catching second to Agony And Ecstasy at Lingfield on his second outing. He looks progressive and with further improvement to come he will be difficult to oppose. Luminous Star ran a personal best at Brighton last time out finishing second in the process. He has benefitted with race experience and any market moves should be noted. Sir Bruno is another to add to the short list having improved from his debut run to finish second of nine at Warwick last time out. He has been massive prices on both his runs to date and is likely to be a lot shorter in the market this time around so warrants respect. Dr Finley has conditions in his favour and if recapturing his recent form he will prove difficult to beat.
