Verdict

Whitecrest has won four times here but she’s been struggling to score off lower marks for most of the summer and may find one too good today in the shape of LADWEB (NAP). The handicapper is finally beginning to show some mercy to John Gallagher’s gelding and he’s also shown a liking for this unconventional course in the past. Fang is another to have won here but Marie Of Lyon has not replicated her two-year-old form this season and both Majestic Moon and Highly Sprung appear out of sorts.
