SOLO RIVER is narrowly preferred to Magic Rush and Tignello in another open handicap. The selection has won over the course and distance which is a big plus as not all horses will handle this track. She was only narrowly beaten last time out, and she had run well previously in a race that has worked out really well so she makes plenty of appeal. Magic Rush doesn't win very often; in fact his last win came back in 2006, but he went close last time at Kempton and he is on a very attractive handicap mark. Tignello showed progressive form last season but he has an absence to overcome today and unless the market suggests otherwise he is probably best watched. Rapid City and Barodine are others with each-way claims, but for the winner we will stick with Solo River.
