        Verdict

        Destinys Dream gave same encouragement with a better effort at York last time but David Barker's filly has yet to prove that she really stays this far and a better bet looks to be Carry On Cleo, who gets the vote with Grit rated the pick of the remainder. The selection represents the yard of Alan Berry that has been in good form of late, this is her grade and the daughter of First Trump is taken to resume winning ways. Howards Hope has been well held in handicaps of late and may do better now dropped into a claimer for the first time, while Shaylee is less exposed than most but does need to improve to trouble the judge. Admiralcollingwood has yet to prove that he stays this far and of more interest may be Grit. Mick Channon's gelding has every chance at the weights but the stable's horses are still running below their best and a safer bet looks to be Carry On Cleo.
