Verdict

Novancia could figure dropped in class and stepping up in distance but Stormin Tom takes on tougher opposition after winning over 1m6f at Ripon. CORONA BOREALIS scored at Wetherby on his return to action and ran well in a Class 3 contest over 2m at York last time. He can land this off his current mark and is just preferred to The Kid, who went close over today's trip at Haydock last month. Corton Lad has done all his winning over shorter and looks high enough in the weights anyway while One More Go is preferred to stablemate Northside Prince.
