    Verdict

What's The Story, who wintered in Bahrain, has spent most of his career competing at a much higher level. He won off a 5lb higher mark at Ayr last August so demands the utmost respect. Sucellus won twice last year but Gobi Sunset continues to disappoint and Strongbowe has also proved expensive to follow. DETECTIVE is a standing dish here with all-but-one of his six career victories coming on this track. He is a pound lower than the last of those in August and is back over a more suitable distance today.
