Verdict

This is a tricky contest to start with, and MERSEYSIDE STAR, who has run promisingly in both his starts, is taken to get the better of the newcomer William Morgan and Reallymissgreeley. The last named has only had the one outing, and ran with promise in a Haydock maiden to finish a fair fourth. Normal improvement can see her go well here. William Morgan hails from the bang in form Richard Fahey yard and is related to several winners, including Harrison George. The market should be watched, and he is very much respected. Merseyside Star has been well supported on both his starts to date, and he showed lots of pace at Ripon last time. His experience can be put to good use here and Merseyside Star, who has obviously been showing plenty at home, can get punters off to a winning start.
