Verdict

WHATDOESTHEFOXSAY was a well beaten third here recently but went close off a similar mark over track and trip before that and Donald McCain’s charge gets the vote in an unappealing contest. Ronaldinho never looked like troubling the winner when second at Perth and has yet to win over timber in 19 attempts while Mondlicht is also still looking for his first hurdles success and was 10 lengths behind Samoset when third here last time. Tuscan Gold is another thoroughly exposed over timber while King Boru and Mubrook make little appeal on recent form.
