Verdict

PATEEN (NAP) could go one better in this Class 5 affair after running such a good race here on Saturday when runner-up to the progressive Alqamar in a decent Class 3 handicap with the rest of a good field well beaten off. He's done really well since joining Jessica Bedi from Ireland and gets the vote if asked to run twice in three days. Two Blondes, probably unlucky last time, has his conditions off a 3lb higher mark and should be involved along with the veteran Snowed In, back to form the last twice. Jackhammer has just the five runs over hurdles but has gone well on the Flat this season and is interesting off this mark if finding some form over timber.
