Verdict

CRUSHED gives weight away to all but the Alan King inmate scored comfortably on just a second start over timber and should have plenty of scope for further progression. Formerly with William Haggas on the level, there's the chance his Flat speed will prove highly beneficial around this idiosyncratic track, especially on the very long run-in where Wayne Hutchinson can hopefully keep something in reserve. The Steward is a major threat on the back of an excellent effort on his second run over hurdles and represents the local yard with a strong track record. He's sure to be in the mix. Clemento cannot be ruled out either as an interesting recruit to hurdling and Stipulate is an each-way possible.
