In depth

Verdict

Blow By Blow should make a good fist of defying topweight after returning to form last time when a useful Hexham second on just a second start for his new yard after a lengthy break. Hopefully, he'll not be subject to the 'bounce' factor. Sackett is hard to catch right but is a course and distance scorer which counts for a lot round here and Path To Freedom has improved for wind surgery and should score sooner or later. HITMAN FRED has yet to run here but arrives in great heart and showed a resilient attitude to oblige at Perth this month. Upped 5lb for that win, he still looks nicely treated and has more to offer over fences.
