In depth

Verdict

There is almost certainly more to come from October's Haydock runner-up Deepsand and Trend Is My Friend, fourth on his hurdling debut at Newbury and a winner on the Flat, but HIDDEN JUSTICE sets a decent standard. John Quinn's gelding was a decent middle-distance performer on the level and made a smooth transition to hurdles when winning by 15 lengths at Wetherby. The second won easily here next time so the form looks solid and he can defy his penalty. Travis County may prove the pick of Brian Ellison's newcomers but has his stamina to prove.
