ON TOUR landed a point-to-point before making a winning bumper debut at Ludlow. He couldn't cope with the strongly-fancied Sign Of A Victory under a penalty back there last month but time will probably tell he was taking on a useful performer and he can get back on the winning trail. The mare Falcon's Present showed massive improvement to score at Southwell and is probably capable of more but Donna's Pride disappointed her followers when attracting good support at Perth. Mr Shantu hasn't shown much so far but could do better on this quicker ground while Malcolm Jefferson's newcomer Eternal Vine is related to several winners and is one to note on her debut.
