In depth

Verdict

Royal Entourage has got his act together and will make a bold bid to complete his hat-trick off the same mark as when winning a conditionals' event at Southwell last week. He should have no problem confirming Musselburgh running with stablemate Stormy Morning. Flora's Pride and Andy Vic have penalties to carry following recent victories on this course with the former preferred of that pair but likely to struggle to give a couple of pounds to CLEVER DICK. After starting favourite at Huntingdon and Fontwell, David Pipe's six-year-old finally rewarded market support at Taunton last time. He was value for more than the neck verdict suggests that day and, though 6lb higher now, can follow up as he arguably has more scope than any of these.
