In depth

Verdict

Shifting Gold has been in really good form on the all-weather and has obvious claims back over hurdles, though the handicapper has hardly done him any favours. What's Occurrin is 4lb higher than when second to Sambelucky over C&D last month but is another in good nick. King Mak should strip fitter for his comeback run at Market Rasen but is on a long losing run so a chance is taken on WATERLOO CORNER. Ray Craggs' nine-year-old hinted at a revival at Musselburgh last time and is only 3lb higher than when scoring at Sedgefield last year. Likely to start at big odds, he could represent some value in a race that probably won't take much winning.
