In depth

Verdict

Franks A Million scrambled home in a Musselburgh bumper and has a penalty to carry while Edmund has a long absence to overcome and was beaten a long way at Carlisle last time. Irish raider Sparville wasn't beaten far on his bumper debut at Clonmel a month ago and should get involved but The Wayward Lord hasn't been seen since a fair run at Market Rasen in August of last year. Darnborough will make a chaser one day and could find this too sharp so a chance is taken on newcomer KARINGA HEY, who is related to several winning jumpers and out of a mare who was successful in this sphere.
