        Verdict

        Shareta beat hot favourite Andromeda Galaxy in a conditions event here last month and has only had three career starts. But the Aga Khan's filly had earlier proved no match for the progressive GALIKOVA at Saint-Cloud, who went on to land a Group 3 at the same track last month when Wavering was five lengths back in third. The latter subsequently won the Group 1 Prix Saint-Alary at Longchamp in a blanket finish, just ahead of Epic Love and Glorious Sight. Golden Lilac beat Glorious Sight by three lengths in the Poule D'Essai Des Pouliches and puts her unbeaten record on the line today. Her breeding suggests she'll have no problem with the extra distance here and she's a danger to all but can take a pull in her races and may just get outstayed on this occasion.
