Dutch Art Dealer looked a bright prospect when completing a double just over a year ago and made a promising comeback at Kempton but didn't enhance the form in a similar race to this here last month. Dream Spirit has won off a higher mark on Turf and scored at Lingfield last month but didn't run as well as expected when tackling 1m2f there a couple of weeks ago. Bromyard had few problems landing a Wolverhampton maiden then came here for a 1m2f handicap and led at the final furlong only to be caught close home. He can make further progress and go well but though Starlit Cantata has a cracking record on the track all four victories have come over an extra quarter-mile. PEARL SPECTRE looked a very promising juvenile and was returning from a two-year absence when leading for much of the way before fading at Kempton. With that under his belt he can start making up for lost time. Stetchworth and Lunar Deity are both up to this class at their best and shouldn't be dismissed.
