      Verdict

      REGAL MISS was beaten less than a length behind a winner rated 67 in a course and distance maiden last time so should go close again back in a handicap. Only Ten Per Cent has crept back up the weights despite not winning but Vale Of Flight is less exposed and can finish closer on only her second start handicapping. Culloden landed a double in July and remains 4lb higher but is still preferred to the likes of Frank The Barber and State Of The Union, who remain thoroughly exposed.
