        Verdict

        It remains to be seen if Very Talented has retained all his ability on his first start since 2016. That was also the year Firmament last won a race though he’s still preferred to stablemate Mythical Madness. Glory Awaits is upped in class after placing here but the progressive Restive Spirit has leading claims raised only 2lb for winning at Ripon last month. RUFUS KING (NAP) has failed to navigate a clear path over 7f here the last twice now. But he won over track and trip earlier and gets another chance today with William Buick taking over the reins.
