Iona Island was beaten only a short-head when odds-on at Brighton last time and steps up in trip along with STAMFORD RAFFLES. The latter went close in a higher grade handicap over 1m4f at Kempton recently and should be thereabouts off the same mark today. Triassic was still well beaten when placed over track and trip recently but Mikro Polemistis found only one too good over course and distance last week and Kazoey was well ahead of Dream Serenade when scoring in this grade at Redcar. Motivate is upped in trip on his first start since April and is worth a second glance.
