In depth

Verdict

Three C's sets the standard with a mark of 77 but hasn’t raced since August when returning a losing odds-on favourite at Brighton. KOWAIYESS also returns from an absence but his narrow-margin defeat at Bath in October has worked out well with a couple of winners coming out of the race and Owen Burrows’ first runner of 2017 gets the nod. Midnightly has the more recent form with a debut second at Lingfield last month though the winner is rated 64 and she’ll need to improve on that to figure.
