In depth

Verdict

On Route showed some improvement on her penultimate start but never recovered after missing the break at Bath last time. Better is expected now handicapping for the first time along with PRINCE OF ROME. The latter has placed over 6f the last twice but has shown bags of early pace in doing so and this return to the minimum trip should suit Richard Hughes’ colt. North Korea has struggled since winning a handicap at Lingfield last month when Wolstonbury finished third and the remainder make little appeal.
