Verdict

Several made a winning start in bumpers though Air Navigator’s success at Exeter came back in February. Skidoosh beat Lisdoonvarna Lad when scoring at Worcester recently while Ballygomartin won under a conditional at Bangor last month. But CROOKS PEAK left a good impression when returning an easy winner at Newton Abbot and Philip Hobbs’ charge gets a speculative vote in an open contest. Barry Geraghty partners Galway runner-up Vocarium while Sizing Cusimano is related to bumper and hurdles winners and is a newcomer to note for a powerful yard.
