Isn't That Lucky and Quartano, two high class bumper horses, stand out in this field along with Super Formen and Fretwork. Isn't That Lucky is selected. Jonjo O'Neill's charge didn't turn a hair when making a winning debut and ran respectably to finish in midfield in Cheltenham's Champion bumper. He has reportedly schooled well since having a wind operation and may be able to make a winning debut. Quartano was pitched straight into Grade 1 company for his hurdling bow at Sandown and shouldn't be judged too harshly on that running although it was disappointing that he didn't fare better. Super Formen is a French import from a powerful yard who has already been placed over fences; he clearly commands respect. Fretwork developed into a fair handicapper for Richard Hannon but this looks to be a tough enough introduction. With Speed may fare better on this ground whilst The Great Alfie and Manjam have hinted at ability but the suggestion is Isn't That Lucky.
