Verdict

The Paul Nicholls-trained I'm Lovin It is sure to be popular with backers having found one too good in two previous starts in bumpers but the stable's horses have tended to need their first start of the season and preference is for Asudo, who gets the vote ahead of Great Memories and Grand Slam Hero. The last mentioned is an interesting newcomer from the yard of Peter Bowen that is more than capable of producing one to win first time out so the market should be watched with interest. Being by soft ground influence Turtle Island, Young Guns should handle the cut in the ground, while Jonjo O'Neill's Great Memories is related to winners and hails from a stable in good form now. Asudo ran a race full of promise on his debut over course and distance last month when second behind a useful looking winner in Leading Contender and is taken to go one better here.
